Currently |./mach raptor-test --print-tests| lists each available test on each platform; and for pageload tests it lists all the pages/subtests measured in each tp6 suite.
As :davehunt suggested on IRC, alongside each tp6 subtest page listed, let's also print out what measurements are being taken for each page (i.e. the 'measure=' line in the test INI).
