Important use cases to cover: - selecting 3 data points (regression, improvement, no-alert) produces the correct popup - the popup's hyperlinks are valid (they're not missing and have the expected structure) - manually creating alerts works as expected (popup refreshes with new alert summary) - nudge functionality works (both left and right)

I might be able to cover some of these testing scenarios with the react-testing-library, once bug 1519995 is complete.

We're moving away from selenium tests in favor of react-testing-library per bug 1576966.
