RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 41924

Details

I used the "Image Acceptance Policy" to block unwanted advertisements from
appearing in the browser. This works great, the images are not displayed.
Unfortunately when they disappear the space they occupied looks like the
background. I frequently click the background to swap focus between browser
windows. Now with the images blocked, I accidently click the ads because I
thought I was just clicking the empty background. This is very frustrating when
I am launched into an advertiser's web site I never wanted to see.

Please change the rendering of blocked images so I can visually differentiate
the space they occupy from the background. Maybe a big grey box with an "X"
thorough it.

Thanks.
dupe of 41924. still a long way to go.
