The traceback is useless (yay node) but

Unhandled Rejection at: Promise [object Promise] reason: IllegalOperationError: Channel closed

I'm going to tentatively label this a dupe of bug 1522917 that cleaned up some error handling. Sentry doesn't show this error occurring since 1/23, and that landed on 1/25, but the error only occurred about once a day so that's a reasonable time range. If sentry sees this issue again, I can try to figure out a way to get better tracebacks.
