I found a regression caused by the fix for bug 884718, and I need access to the Try server to figure out how to fix it properly.

Thank you!
I'm still having problems. When I try to log in to Treeherder, I get the error "Access Denied. The username you have entered cannot authenticate with Duo Security. Please contact your system administrator." I read https://wiki.mozilla.org/BMO/UserGuide/Two-Factor_Authentication and followed the instructions, but I'm still getting the error.

go to sso.mozilla.com and logout. and then log back again.

I wasn't logged in at sso.mozilla.com, but to be sure I cleared my cache and cookies. I'm still getting the same error message.

so duo is configured ?

What user name are you entering ?

My username is alexhenrie24@gmail.com.

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=mfa says "Two-factor authentication is currently enabled using TOTP." I have the Duo app on my phone and I created a Duo Security account at duo.com too, although I don't think I need it.

I figured it out: I had to go to https://login.mozilla.com/ and set up 2FA from there. Everything appears to be working now, thanks.
