I wasn't logged in at sso.mozilla.com, but to be sure I cleared my cache and cookies. I'm still getting the same error message.

My username is alexhenrie24@gmail.com.
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=mfa says "Two-factor authentication is currently enabled using TOTP." I have the Duo app on my phone and I created a Duo Security account at duo.com too, although I don't think I need it.

I figured it out: I had to go to https://login.mozilla.com/ and set up 2FA from there. Everything appears to be working now, thanks.
