E.g. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=219943709&repo=mozilla-inbound has duplicate and adjacent lines:

TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | leakcheck | tab missing output line for total leaks!

A similar issue often affects Raptor runs when the same JavaScript error floods the output and the real issue is behind the cutoff for the failure summary.

This is an intent to implement the failure line deduplication: https://github.com/Archaeopteryx/treeherder/commit/350e0588c8ca755638d46d7954c8419614c81697

Please comment if you know a use case for duplicate failure lines or have concerns regarding this change.
