Steps to reproduce:
Firefox 60.4.0esr (64-Bit) openSUSE LEAP 15.0
Load Youtube video (1). Start the video, set volume to 80 percent with Pavucontrol,stop the video.
Load Youtube video (2). Start the video, set volume to 90 percent with Pavucontrol,stop the video.
Go back to video (1).
Actual results:
Setting 1: about:config media.volume_scale set to 1.0 (default)
Video 1: starts with volume 100 percent.
Video 2: starts with volume 100 percent.
Setting 1: about:config media.volume_scale set to 1.1 (non default)
Video 1: starts with volume 80 percent.
Video 2: starts with volume 80 percent.
Expected results:
Setting 1: about:config media.volume_scale set to 1.0 (default)
Video 1: should start with volume 80 percent.
Video 2: should start with volume 90 percent.
Setting 1: about:config media.volume_scale set to 1.1 (non default)
Don't know, not important, it was only a try to fix the problem (Setting 1)
