This is the lowest risk/minimal change required to prevent issues such as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1508749#c18 from occurring on further schema updates. After this, auto-provisioned parquet outputs can simply use this option without having to worry about which fields to include in json_objects.
