Suggestion: we've been teaching people to use ctrl-O for years to "open a location" NOT to "open a file." Control-shift-L is very awkward for keyboard oriented folks. Ctrl+L works fine. Making Ctrl+O bring up a dialog similar to the Ctrl+Shift+L dialog is bug 29947. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 29947 ***
