Build:
- Beta 65.0b9 build 2;
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Settings -> General -> Language and switch to Arabic (Arabi)
- Observe the position of the tabs.
Expected result:
Tabs are not reversed.
Actual result:
Tabs should be reversed.
Notes:
Not reproducible on Nightly 66.0a1 (2019-01-07) or Release 64.0.1.

Are you able to bisect a regression range (for both the initial regression and when it started working again)?

I cannot reproduce the issue anymore. Tested with the same device on the same build.
I will close this issue as INVALID.
