User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0

Steps to reproduce:

Browsing the internet with around 12 tabs, some of them are on YouTube.

Actual results:

Firefox using all memory available on the computer and making everything lag. This happened on older versions too. This issue randomly appears once a month.

Expected results:

Firefox not using all memory

Do you have a way to reproduce this issue?
