Comment editing doesn't have a "preview" option, so you can't tell what the markdown thing will do with your edit

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Load any bug.
  2. Try to edit any comment (or at least any already-markdown comment? I haven't tried messing with a non-markdown one.

EXPECTED RESULTS: Either doesn't use markdown or gives you a way to preview.

ACTUAL RESULTS: Does markdown with no way to preview.
