The link issue has been solved in Bug 1519157.

The font size has been changed in Bug 1518576, as per the changelog of the comment template:
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
Closed: 5 years ago
Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE

(And you can use the pencil-icon "edit comment" button to remove/adjust the "======" in individual existing bug report first-comments, to fix their font size.)
