having the same issue, Firefox regularly uses more than 3+ gigabytes of dedicated GPU memory - see screenshot... it even uses up more GPU memory than World of Warcraft.

P.S. i'm using the standard Firefox release, (not the v66 beta as is this bug set to), 64-bit build... and i'm affected by the GPU memory leak.

note: it's still happening to me and after digging a bit more, this is probably the same issue that was reported in october/november 2018: #1502798

firefox 73, webrender is off, windows 7, intel video.
for several hours, several tabs were opened, including with video playback. after closing all tabs, the GPU process still allocates 1500 MB of memory (working set). the working set of other Firefox processes is normal.
