User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0

Steps to reproduce:

In the about firefox windows (from the help menu), I see that firefox needs to be restarted in order to apply the update, since there is the "restart to update firefox" message.

Actual results:

I restart firefox but the update isn't applied.

Expected results:

The update should have been applied.

Every time that I start firefox, I see a popup saying that "Firefox is installing your updates."

Please attach update logs as follows:

1. Launch Windows Explorer.
2. In the address bar, type the following, then press Enter:
   %LocalAppData%\Mozilla\updates\
3. You should now see a list of folders with names consisting of strings of letters and numbers. Sort the list by Date Modified, then open the most recently modified folder.
4. From that folder, attach updates.xml by clicking the "Attach File" link above this bug report's description.
5. Open the "updates" folder. From that folder, attach last-update.log and backup-update.log
6. Open the "0" folder. If there's an update.log file in there, attach that as well.

If you know how, you can alternatively ZIP up the aforementioned files and just attach a single archive instead.

thank you very much but it fixed itself, because it receivede the update of the update 64.0.2 (64-bit)

in last-udate.log there is this error:
