Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/
  2. Zoom in
  3. Refresh

Actual results:

The page is still zoomed in

Expected results:

The page should be zoomed out

That is the expected behaviour. Do a force-refresh (long-press the refresh button) if you want to reset zoom and scroll position.
