Mozilla Mail does not handle Windows Shortcuts properly.  While this is not
damaging, it is inconvenient and frustrating.  Netscape 6 Mail shares this
shortcoming.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose new message
2. Hit "Attachments" to view "Enter file to attach"
3. Try to use a Shortcut to jump to a different directory (for example, from My
Documents to My Photos)



Actual Results:  Mozilla does not go to the target directory, but attaches the
Shortcut (*.lnk) file.


Expected Results:  Mozilla should use the Shortcut to go to the target
directory, instead of attaching a useless *.lnk file.  

NOTE:  This is only one example; the behavior is consistent throughout the
browser, mail, etc.  This is the most annoying instance.
