It's perhaps also a bit unclear if Chat Core is a product anymore. It's really just a sub-project of Thunderbird, right?

As I've been looking at the im/chat code somewhat now recently, it's also not really clear to me where things belong since Instantbird code was dropped.

"Chat Core" is pretty much everything under the "chat/" folder.

There is one now.
