+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1499384 +++
This is a workaround for bug 1499384.
Instead of relying on GetOrigin for ExpandedPrincipals, I'm querying AllowList() and iterating myself. This is a bit less performant but assumed OK for Debug code that is disabled by default.
