Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Setting -> Pricacy
  2. Turn off address bar suggestion based on bookmarks
  3. (optional) restart the browser
  4. Add a website to bookmarks and close the tab with the website
  5. Remove the website from browser's history
  6. Start typing it's address into the address bar

Actual results:

Bookmarked site will be the first suggetion in the drop-down list.

It shouldn't be there
