I'll attach a simple testcase showing this. Using JavaScript to change a button's value via document.form.button.value should change the display text on the button as the script is run, but it doesn't appear to.

Verified this bug with M9 on Win95, but was unable to make it appear with M10 (same Win95 machine). I this this should be resolved FIXED. I'll try test it on some other platforms just to be sure, but since it's DOM 0 I don't think it'll make any difference.. Also created a HTML-only testcase for simple viewing.
