Start a long download.
Select the Properties button in the download manager.
Try to get out of the dialog without cancelling the download... ;-(

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a long download.
2. Select the Properties button in the download manager.
3. Try to get out of the dialog without cancelling the download... ;-(

Actual Results:  The download is cancelled wether you want to or not.

Expected Results:  If you look at the properties there should be a way to close
the dialog without stopping the download
