This is follow up of bug 1495944.

In bug 1495944, we have added the tests that are by switching tab which is showing about:devtools-toolbox for contextmenu, menubar and shortcut keys. However, we did not test yet that moves URL in same tab from about:devtools-toolbox and to about:devtools-toolbox. In this bug, will add those tests.
