We have an Apple TV (MTV Star Trek) located in the 2nd floor IDF with a wired connection that is not detecting the network. Unable to trace what switch port it's connected to.
Troubleshooting:
Tested the ethernet cable connected to the device on my laptop and confirmed there was no data.

the port was disabled for some reason and i couldn't find any info on it. i went ahead and reenabled it and tagged a description so it won't get disabled again. :hlangi confirmed it's working.
