Steps to reproduce:

Scrolling through pages, idle page, watching movie on stream services.

Actual results:

Some kind of streak appears on screen splitting my page on two, left side is fine but right side just shakes.

Expected results:

being normal page that doesn't split.

I have more screenshots of that bug if needed, because i could attach just one file.

Not Reproducible,
Tested on Ubuntu 18.04 and 17.10
Wikipedia, Youtube etc

Solved! I reinstalled Firefox and its back to normal

I am using HP proBook 6550b
Os:solus gnome
