Steps to reproduce:

I opened a page with a multimedia object that causes the Firefox notification and toast. Then i closed the page (and every other tab)

Actual results:

The multimedia notification and toast remain in the screen.

Expected results:

The multimedia notification and toast should go away. Now, the only way to get rid of them is to completely close Firefox.
