Brief description of the request: As in this bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1481220#c3), there may be problems with mobile telemetry. I think data science probably has an interest in making sure this is understood and resolved. Opening a new bug here so we can determine ownership.
