Load the page and then notice the Recievers/Recorders menu(on the left side as a
submenu of tv/video)is chopped in the bottom by a few pixels. Displays properly
in IE.

Using Win 98 Moz Build 2002061408, what I see is that onMouseOver (:active), the
style of the text "Satellite Receivers/Recorders" changes, including the
font-size shrinking; and that onMouseOut (not :active) it changes back, but
redrawn a couple of pixels lower than its original position.
Reporter, what version of Mozilla are you using (probably should always include
that information).

I am using Gecko/20020610 Netscape/7.0b1 but am unable to reproduce the problem.
