From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530 BuildID: 2002053012 RealOne will hang after opening by clicking any .RAM location. The problem can be "solved" by stopping my FAX server (LANSUITE2002, free download from www.software602.com). However, Internet Explorer (6.0.2600.0000) on the same PC can have the link works without requiring to stop the FAX server. Initially, thought to be some port conflicts but the FAX server doesn't seem to use any. There are Web, SMTP and FTP ports being open but they are fine, as long as the FAX server is stopped. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install LANSUITE2002 downloaded from www.software602.com 2. Activate the FAX server. 3. Try any link pointing to a .RAM file. Actual Results: RealOne player starts, but then freezes. Expected Results: RealOne player to play according to the .RAM info. (Actually, try deactivating the FAX server at LANSUITE2002 admin, and RealOne will response immediately.)
This has nthing to do with Mozilla. Contact REAL for help with this issue.

I guess it has something to do with Mozilla because Internet Explorer on the same PC doesn't have problem. Perhaps the way to launch helper application is different? Anyway, will check with Real first and see whether they have further info on this. Thks.
