Color picker doesn't follow the pointer when touch event simulation is enabled

Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the RDM
  2. Enable touch simulation
  3. In the Inspector, click the Color picker button
  4. Hover elements in the inspected page

The color picker display shows up in the page, at seemingly default coordinates (120 or 150px from top left). It doesn't follow the pointer.

After disabling touch simulation, it does follow the pointer.
