The splitter grippy cursor should be changed to "cursor: default;" in xul.css

I think the double arrow is the approriate cursor for a splitter.
This rule is not for the splitter, but the widget which expands/contracts the
splitter.   Since you click down on it to perform that action, the user needs
some hint that they can do that - like a cursor change.   Netscape 4.x also uses
a plain cursor in this part of the splitter, so it is a [4.xP] issue.

Michael, this was a good catch.  German liked it too, he added to your request
that the cursor be set to a pointer as we did in 4.x for the Mac.  It is checked
in with the pointer (a hand pointing with a PC finger).  Fixed.
