Splitter grippy cursor
The splitter grippy cursor should be changed to "cursor: default;" in xul.css
mass-moving most m11 bugs to m12
German: could you approve this change?
I think the double arrow is the approriate cursor for a splitter.
This rule is not for the splitter, but the widget which expands/contracts the splitter. Since you click down on it to perform that action, the user needs some hint that they can do that - like a cursor change. Netscape 4.x also uses a plain cursor in this part of the splitter, so it is a [4.xP] issue.

Michael, this was a good catch. German liked it too, he added to your request that the cursor be set to a pointer as we did in 4.x for the Mac. It is checked in with the pointer (a hand pointing with a PC finger). Fixed.
VERIFIED fixed in the 1999111608 builds
