Filing this as a test-improvement metabug.
In bug 1520946, I noticed a few of our w3c-submitted flexbox reftests were actually failing in the WPT harness (and annotated as such with .ini files in our tree for the reimport).
It turned out these failures were due to inconsequential differences in scrollbars, because the tests' content was a bit larger than the 400x400 wpt-harness reftest viewport size. Happily, this was easy to fix.
