I want to wiew the sites in offline mode and Mozilla clears the cash
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.use dialup connection.
2.choose offline operation and disconnect the modem.
3.When Mozilla launched next time and you choose
not to connect to the Web
in dialing window and close this window.
In the Mozilla's window was nothing.
(address was right, the page was previously visited five minutes ago)
Expected Results: I want Mozilla to load sites in its cache and shows them to
me until I connect to the Web next time

reporter (): can you reproduce this with a recent build of mozilla? if so,
please comment again with details. if not, please resolve this bug as
WORKSFORME. thanks.
