Details

The initial patch in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D17020 for bug 1521170 got backed out because fixing the array.concat at https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/6c784c93cfbd5119ed07773a170b59fbce1377ea/docshell/test/unit/test_nsDefaultURIFixup_info.js#45-50 to not ignore the return value broke the test. Oops.

We should fix the test so it actually passes with the different combinations of flags, too.
