152216 - When switching to Chimera from another app, frontmost window in Chimera is changed.

When switching to Chimera by clicking on any of its open windows or by way of
the dock, the frontmost window in Chimera switches.  The window it chooses to
make frontmost is consistant, but I haven't noticed anything special about that
window (ie. it's not the most or least recently opened window).  The version I
am using is 0.3.0.

I can't reproduce this in the 06-15 build; it switches to whatever window I
click on, or to the frontmost window if I click the dock icon.

My apologies about the vagueness of the earlier bug report.  It was only if I 
clicked in a Chimera window that the issue occured (the completely 
wrong window coming to the front and staying in front).  If I switched via 
the dock, the incorrect window very briefly came to the front, but was then 
put behind the window that should have come up in front.  When I 
restarted Chimera the problem went away and I've been unable to 
reproduce it since.  I was using the build from 6/6 which was distributed 
as 0.3.0.  I'll update this if I can once again reproduce the problem.  I 
should have restarted Chimera before sending the bug report I guess...
