Trying to print the following PDF from firefox (64.0.2) results in gibberish. Printing the same file in chrome works correctly.
See attachment, left is firefox & right is chrome.
This pdf was printed on a Mozilla office printer located in the portland office. PDX-3 Wilderness

Here's the PDF, for archival/convenience. (It's available for free at the site linked in comment 0, though after you've viewed it once they seem to prompt you to create an account in order to view it again.)

I was able to print the first page on the Mozilla MV office printer (MTV2-Raiders) just fine, for what it's worth. I tried Firefox 64 and Firefox Nightly 66 on Linux, with a fresh profile, using the attached PDF file.
Questions:
- What OS are you using? (Looks like Mac maybe?)
- Does "print-to-PDF" show the same issues? (e.g. using the "Preview" option in the macOS print dialog)
- If you print twice (just page 1 to save paper), does it get better for the second time? (i.e. maybe there's is a race condition of some sort)

- Mac 10.14.2
- Print ->PDF -> Open in Preview shows same issue (see attachment)
- Printing one copy of the first page.. gibberish.
- Printing two copies of the first page.. oddly does not print.. it just sends to the print queue.. but the printer never prints.

This PDF has a bunch of fonts embedded in legacy Type 1 format; that may be what's triggering the problem, while other PDFs (where embedded fonts are TrueType/OpenType) work OK.
Issue is relate to Firefox's preview. Changing the preview on Mac to "Preview" in the settings of Firefox or to "Adobe" is workaround for now.
