Linux (1999-09-29-08 M11)
Steps:
1. Compose a message that consists of text continuing for a few line (with break
in between)
2. Send it to yourself
3. Read the text, resize the window to different size.
Actual Result: The text in the body does not wrap to fit the size of the window
Expect Result: It should wrap to fit into the size of the window in the body
area.

This problem does not occur on Win32 and Mac in today's build. It is a parity
bug

This problem is fixed in the M10 build. Leave it open and check the M11 later.
