1522419 - Move Social Api components to the graveyard

Description

[Pascal Chevrel:pascalc (PTO until April 26)]

The Social API is no longer part of Firefox so we should move these components to the graveyard:

Firefox:SocialAPI
Firefox:SocialAPI:Providers

There are 118 bugs that will need to mass closed before we can move to graveyard. If you want to come up with a comment to add to them, I can mass close them with a script that does not generate email.

Something like "SocialAPI was removed from Firefox 57 and is no longer available in any current release." should work fine.
