1522475 - Deprecate airflow jobs that access testpilot

Testpilot has been retired and the URL https://testpilot.firefox.com/api/experiments.json is not longer accessible. This caused several jobs to fail this morning, including txp_mau_dau. These can likely be retired at this point.
