Testing scenario for Clear Recent History feature:
1. Go to History panel and clear Recent History (Clear last hour)
2. Check that the websites from the preloaded DB are not affected
3. Navigate to a webpage
4. Check that the page is added to recent history
5. Clear Recent History (Clear Today)
6. Check that the websites from the preloaded DB are not affected
