QuantumBar doesn't currently support reader mode and fails toolkit/components/reader/test/browser_readerMode.js as a result.

Expected Results
- URL displayed should remain as
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-new-tab-page
I think once this is fixed, the reader mode test will pass again without further porting.
