The first two sections of Pontoon homepage are Mozilla-specific and hardcoded as such. If somebody wants to set up their own instance of Pontoon, they have to patch Pontoon in order to change the homepage, which makes it hard to maintain.
We should make the homepage content in the first two sections generic by default, and customizable for each instance (and customize it on pontoon.mozilla.org).
