I first implemented this display before picture caching was enabled, and used green for picture primitives. Now that the entire content viewport is a picture, it makes it harder to see everything inside, because it's all overlayed with green.
We could make it lighter or more transparent, but given that pictures are just collections of other primitives, I think it's probably more useful just to not draw them in the debug display.
