Affected versions

• 66.0b2DevED, 66.0a1 (2019-01-24), 60.0b5;

Affected platforms

• Windows 10;
• marking only Windows as affected platform(for now), since on Ubuntu and macOS the color setup still allows the option to be readable;

Steps to reproduce

1. Access https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html
2. Click on the Screen button;
3. Click to open the dropdown menu - options;

Expected result

• The list options are readable;

Actual result

• The disabled option is not very readable;
