Details
I tried to print a page and realized I didn't have a printer already set up. So I hit "Properties" next to the "Microsoft Print To PDF" default option. I never got any system dialog or Control Panel UI show up but Firefox was unusable (presumably because the print dialog is modal). I was able to right click on the Windows task bar thing and have Firefox open a new tab, but closing Firefox via that same method didn't work. And I couldn't interact with Firefox with the mouse or keyboard at all.

I tried the STR (hitting "Properties" after choosing "Microsoft Print To PDF" from dropdown) on my x86-64 ThinkPad P50 running Win10, and I immediately got a properties dialog, for what it's worth. (So, maybe/probably ARM64-specific.)
Two questions:
Q1: Does this reproduce reliably?
Q2: Do you get the same results from Notepad? (To trigger the same UI there, you do File|Print, and then highlight Microsoft Print to PDF in the Select Printer box, and then click the "Preferences" button [which spawns the same dialog that Firefox's "Properties" button spawns, for me]

OK! Sounds like not-a-Mozilla-bug, and probably not something we have the ability to fix, then (aside from hypothetically walling off users from being able to use/configure this MS PDF printer or something, if it were determined to be a serious footgun).
Probably worth reporting to Microsoft, though?

+NI Anthony, who I believe has the right communication channel to report this to Microsoft.
