I've been seeing this failure around 1 out of every 20 to 40 OS X opt TV test runs. There is one in my previous try push in this bug as well. With this patch there were no failures out of 100 TV OS X opt test runs so I think it is good to go.

Note: two of the other new tests had failures and I'll fix those in their respective bugs.

BTW: it is really nice to be able to make minor changes to the tests to have try perform verify runs on just the modified tests in all of the different modes it runs in. It makes it much easier to reproduce, etc.

I just realized that this patch won't help with browser_doorhanger_bc_downloaded_staged.js since that test hasn't been converted to use the continue file so I filed bug 1523430 and attached this patch (carried forward the r+) there since it will help with other failures.

There were definitely timeouts on Mac OS X and bug 1526865 should have resolved this bug. Renaming this bug to prevent it from being reopened since the code has changed significantly since this bug was filed.
