This meta bug contains known features that can be implemented quickly as part of the new rules view rewrite. Milestone 1 only contains feature that we believe can ship as part of the new rules view rewrite.

The goal is create a sense of WOW for engineers and users.

For our contributors and engineers, we want to prove that new features are easier to implement in the new rules view and provides a more enjoyable experience than implementing the same feature on the old rules view.

For our users, we want to demonstrate features that will set the rules view apart and provide immediate value when it comes to learning, workflow and user experience.

I believe bug 1099234 is one of the features that are easier to implement.
