User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0
Steps to reproduce:
Since Version 64 only
At random when switching tabs and scrolling down in Full screen mode. Switching between full screen mode and exiting seems to accelerate the rate of the problem.
Actual results:
The browser suddenly loses the borders and top bar, tabs, menu, etc. F11 is unresponsive. Only capable of returning to normal by going full screen through selecting ALt-V + Full Screen. (or restarting Firefox)
Expected results:
Should have kept the tabs and menu.
Same bug has happened immediately when updating to ver 64.0.2 on another PC using Windows 10.

This seem to be fixed by Bug 1506026 in 65beta

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to report this issue, however, it does seem to be a duplicate of Bug 1506026, so I'm going to mark this as resolved:duplicate.
