STR: Compare the Search Bar on the NTP in a Normal Window and in a Private Window.
Expected: It could have the same size.
Actual: The Search Bar on in a Private Window is shorter.
Attached a screenshot. Top: Normal Window - Below: Private Window.
It's minimal, but I like the more compact one in the Private Window.
