Steps to reproduce:

I downloaded and installed Firefox Spanish (Spain) version, but I changed it to English (United States) from settings to test the new language change feature.

Actual results:

Not all items were showing in English, the 3 lines (aka hamburguer) menu options, tooltips, contextual menus and some settings are still in Spanish

Expected results:

All items should be showing in English

I also noticed that adding a third language like Russian or German, translated the UI entirely, but if I went back to Spanish or English, some extension names or descriptions like FireShot were stuck in that third language (Russian or German).

Comment 0 is definitely a dupe of bug 1506102 (en-US, if you installed a Spanish build, is only available for parts of the UI).
Comment 1 is likely a dupe of bug 1520446.
